Adipotrol diet pill review

Adipotrol is a weight reduction pill that is claimed to reduce appetite and food cravings.  Along with this it also claims to increase the "good" cholesterol levels in the blood stream.  Since hunger suppressants do work for some people, it is obvious that more research needs to be done.

Adipotrol ingredients:

- Glucomannan - which has a high-fiber content,

- Super Citrimax - for cholesterol;

- Oleic acid, linolenic acid and pinolenic acid which all aid in appetite suppression

How Adipotrol works

The first ingredient with added fiber is supposed to make the dieter feel full for longer.  The acids mentioned are meant to stimulate the gall bladder into producing something called CCK which suppresses the appetite.  Along with the suppression of bad cholesterol (LDL) and the increase in good cholesterol (HDL), this is a broad based attempt to curb the appetite while stopping cravings and balance cholesterol properly.

Adipotrol side effects

The one good thing about this diet pill is that no side effects could be found.  Since it contains no stimulants like caffeine it is probably safe for just about anyone to take.

Conclusion

The most obvious downside to this particular pill is the price.  At $70 a bottle, this ranks among the most expensive diet pills on the market so those on smaller incomes will not be able to benefit from it.

The other obvious anomaly is that not everyone has a gall bladder!  Since it relies heavily on production of CCK, will it help those who have had their gall bladders removed?

Lastly, although some have claimed that it has helped them enormously, just increasing the fiber content of the diet will help people feel fuller and thereby reduce their appetites.

The added ingredients are said to be hard to find but one wonders if this is enough to qualify the manufacturer to charge a high cost for what is basically an appetite suppressant.

Is Adipotrol recommended?

We would avoid Adipotrol; we feel there are more effective weight loss supplements out there.
